
Our mission was to make the world's most dangerous form of transportation the safest, then my goal was to make the world want one.
I joined Damon as Creative Director and left nothing on the table. Over time, I grew into the role of Director of Marketing and Digital Products, building the strategy, the team, and the brand from the ground up. I defined the marketing vision, engineered product-market fit, and orchestrated a go-to-market that the industry didn't see coming.
This resulted in over $100M in pre-orders. Grew a cross-platform social following from zero to 100K+ through organic and brand storytelling. Now, the Damon brand is recognized on every continent where motorcycles matter.
This wasn't just marketing. It was market creation. I built and scaled a global team, aligned stakeholders across product, engineering, and sales, and turned a startup into a movement. Every touchpoint, from launch events to digital product ecosystems, was designed to close the gap between the bike of the future and the rider ready to ride it.
Damon didn't just need customers. It needed believers. We built both.
